Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Tri-Cities community, we raised $151,437 through this year’s Remember the Food Bank campaign, surpassing our fundraising goal! 

Your Impact 

This summer, the Tri-Cities community showed up for your neighbours when they needed it most. When school breakfast and lunch programs paused and food donations usually slow down, you helped fill the gap. This is mission critical, because 1 in 3 SHARE Food Bank recipients are children and youth under 18. 

Because of you, our shelves were stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, eggs and cheese for the 5,000 people who turn to SHARE's Food Bank each month. With demand increasing 100% in just four years, your support came at exactly the right time. 

Your gifts reached real people: children who had nutritious meals to learn and grow, seniors who didn't have to choose between groceries and rent, and families who got a little relief as food costs kept rising! 

Every donation, food drive, community event and act of generosity helped SHARE's Garden of Hope bloom. Thank you for making this campaign such a success. 

A Summer of Support: How Our Community Remembered the Food Bank 

Throughout the summer, our Tri-Cities community came together in countless ways to help nourish our neighbours. From the Coquitlam Firefighter’s Charitable Society BBQ in late July and the Tri-City Cycling Club Invitational fundraiser in mid-August, all supporting us to reach our $150K Remember the Food Bank Goal.

 For  everyone who visited us at community events, attended  our campaign kickoff, organized food drives, volunteered to sort and distribute food, helped spread the word, or donated generously this summer — thank you!  We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who keeps the SHARE Food Bank in their hearts and helps make sure no one in our community goes hungry!
