June is recognized as Men’s Mental Health Month and the Tri-Cities Community Action Team (TC CAT), in partnership with SHARE Society and Heads Up Guys, is hosting our inaugural Stronger Together: Men’s Health Collective.
Free! Join us for Stronger Together: A Men’s Health Collective, on Saturday, June 7, from 10 am - 2 pm at the Port Coquitlam Community Recreation Centre, at Mabbett Hall, 2150 Wilson Avenue. No registration required.
Everyone deserves the chance to thrive - and that starts with taking care of your health. We're inviting men, people who identify as men, and non-binary community members aged 19 and up to join us for a free, inclusive event designed to support and empower you to prioritize your well-being.
This vital event will encompass a wide range of health and well-being aspects, including mental health, physical health, sexual health, parenting resources, and substance use support. Whether you're looking for information, connection, or just a supportive space to explore what health means to you, this event is here for you.
