NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
AND PRESENTATION OF SHARE COMMUNITY AWARDS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of SHARE Family & Community Services (the “Corporation”) is called for and to be held on the 24th day of June 2026 at 5:00 pm (PDT) at the Tri-Cities Children’s Centre, #100, 2312 St. Johns Street, Port Moody, BC for the following purposes:
- To receive the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
- To elect Directors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.
- To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.
- To consider and, if amenable, approve bylaw amendments.
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
Further information to be provided in the 2026 AGM Package prior to the meeting.
Following the AGM is the presentation of SHARE Community Awards and Dessert Reception.

- Voting members’ annual fee is due 30 days prior to the AGM. See our Membership Form for completion by May 24, 2026.
NOTE: A member who has not paid their annual membership fee cannot vote at the AGM.
Article III-8 “Every member who has been in good standing for a minimum of 30 days prior to the meeting and who is present shall have one vote at a general meeting, and voting by proxy shall not be allowed.”
