HER Soccer Day

Celebrating Girls and Women in the Community. The HER Soccer Day Event aims to inspire and celebrate girls and women, emphasizing that soccer is for HER—at any age and any level, fostering community connections on this special day.

FOR HER: For every girl and woman, no matter her age, ability, or experience with the game. Whether it’s kicking a ball for the first time, returning to the field after years away, or simply enjoying the joy of movement, this day creates a welcoming space where everyone belongs. It’s an opportunity to experience soccer in a fun, supportive environment surrounded by friends, family, and community.

WITH HER: Celebrating community, connection, and representation. Participants are encouraged to bring a friend, sister, mother, daughter, teammate, or mentor and share the experience together. Throughout the day, female coaches, staff, leaders, and local women-run businesses will help create an environment where women support women both on and off the field.

BECAUSE OF HER: Surrounding young girls with strong female role models in sport, leadership, and business, to create a space where they can see what’s possible. On Mother’s Day weekend, we celebrate the women who make the journey possible — the moms, grandmothers, mentors, coaches, and supporters behind the scenes. Representation matters — when girls see women leading in their community, it expands what they believe they can become.
