The SHARE Food Bank distributes 5000 pounds of food to a minimum of 375 families every week, 37 percent of which are children. The Food Bank provides bi-weekly food and emergency hampers for Tri-Cities’ individuals and families in need, regardless of source of income (working, receiving income assistance, pensions or employment insurance, no income).
The Tiny Bundles Program provides weekly hampers and extra protein, dairy, formula and fresh produce to mothers who have children under 1 year old, and are nursing and/or pregnant.
As the Food Bank is not government funded, its services are made possible in the Tri-Cities as a result of our numerous hard working volunteers, as well as the generous support and donations from our community. Many individuals and companies in the Tri-Cities host their own food drives and events in support of the food bank. Last year $47,000 was raised for the SHARE Food Bank, through third-party events.Apply Donate Food Volunteer Tiny Bundles Christmas Programs
