At SHARE Family & Community Services there are so many fun and interesting ways to become involved in helping others and helping your community. Whether you are looking to contribute financially, volunteer you time, or donate items from your home, SHARE has opportunities that accommodate all types of giving.
Your donations are important to funding those programs which are not subsidized provincially or federally, such as the food bank. You can help us provide services to ensure our children and youth grow up strong, and that those individuals who need help, can turn to SHARE for support.
Volunteering can be a great way to give back to the community, to meet new friends, and to gain valuable skills. SHARE Family & Community Services is built on a strong volunteer foundation. Without our volunteers, we would not be able to facilitate many of our programs and services!
Shopping at, or donating to, the SHARE’d Treasures Thrift Store has been an easy way to contribute to the community since 1972. Come and visit us!
Giving back and getting involved has never been easier – Hosting an event in your neighbourhood, school, workplace or place of worship is a great way to build connections and have fun.
If you have a child under the age of 16 who lives in the Tri-Cities, feels strongly about the health of their community, and thinks SHARE Bear rocks, then this club is perfect for them!
Getting involved can be fun and exciting! Participate as a guest, donor or volunteer in one of our many fundraising events and campaigns.
