BRIDGES

You are here Programs & Groups // Services for Adults (Ages 19+) // Bridges

Bridges

Bridges is a program for adults; who receive income assistance from the Ministry of Housing and Social Development and experience multiple barriers to employment. The program helps people connect with their community and enhance their quality of life through building connections and making changes that improve their circumstances.

To access the Bridges program, talk with the staff at the Ministry of Housing and Social Development about whether this or another program may be helpful to you. They are familiar with the different programs and options that the Ministry funds and will help you with any referrals that are appropriate for you. Most people who are receiving income assistance from the Ministry are presumed to be able to work and will find that programs that help them seek employment will be a better fit for them if that is their situation.
